Facility Management assists customers who want to collect their income by Direct Debit but their banks will not sanction them for direct debits.
Do not worry we can solve your problem with the Facility Management Bureau Services.
Each Client begins with a Service User Number. When you add a new payer you send in the details to be added to your payer's database. Monies are collected in accordance with your collection schedule and the funds are transferred to your bank account by BACS.
The funds transfer is supported by full reports for the collection and unpaids.
