In the last 5 years we have developed on line solutions to capture Paperless Direct Debit New Payers instructions with built in validation systems to comply with the APACS standard rules.
We have developed various workflows to match our customer's needs. The captured data can be sent in any format which would suit your customer management software and on a frequency to meet your needs. The collections could be made on your own internal BACS Software.
Alternatively we could give you a complete outsourced solution by sending the captured payers details to our bureau which would collect your payments, report submission and unpaid items to you, as well as collecting the amendments & cancellations which would be used to maintain your payer's database.
